Yes Sir Yes Mam

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: November 5, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of Yes Sir Yes Mam (“we”, “us”, “our”), the menu, point-of-sale, order, kitchen, billing, Khata Book and business-management platform for cafes, restaurants, food carts and other food businesses, available through yessiryesmam.com, order.yessiryesmam.com, our related web applications, and the Yes Sir Yes Mam Vendor mobile app for Android and iOS (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, using the Service, or ticking “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” before a payment, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for that business. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and run or work in a food business to use the Service.
  • Give correct business details and keep them up to date. One registration creates one business.
  • Keep your password, PIN and devices safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by staff you add. Tell us straight away at support@yessiryesmam.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
  • You decide which staff can use the Service and what they can do. Remove staff access when someone leaves.

2. Free trial

A new business can use the Service free for 30 days, starting with its first order. The free trial is given once per business, phone number and email address. A business that was closed cannot get another free trial. When the trial ends, you need a paid plan to keep using paid features.

3. Plans and prices

We offer Starter and Restaurant Pro plans. The features of each plan are shown in the app. Prices shown on Choose a Plan do not include GST. For Vendors in India, 18% GST is added and shown on the checkout screen before you pay. International Vendors are billed in US dollars through PayPal, without Indian GST. We may change prices or plan features; a price change applies from your next payment, and we will tell you in advance through the app.

Monthly AutoPay

  • Monthly plans renew automatically every month through a UPI AutoPay mandate (Razorpay) or a PayPal subscription, until you cancel.
  • You can cancel AutoPay at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for (“Paid Until”).
  • If a renewal payment fails, paid features are locked until you renew. Your records are kept.

One-time plans (Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Yearly)

  • You pay once for 3, 6 or 12 months. There is no AutoPay; the plan ends on the date shown, and you can renew or choose another plan.
  • Buying another one-time plan for the same plan before the end date adds the new months after your current end date. Moving from Monthly AutoPay to a one-time plan turns AutoPay off, and the new months start after your current paid period ends.
  • Any “1st month” price shown with a 3-month plan is only a way of showing the saving; you pay the full 3-month price once.

Upgrades and downgrades

  • You can upgrade from Starter to Restaurant Pro for the same or a longer duration. Restaurant Pro starts when the payment succeeds, and the unused days of your current paid plan are credited against the price, as shown on the checkout screen. Monthly AutoPay is cancelled when a one-time upgrade is activated.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current paid period. We do not refund or credit the difference for the rest of that period.

4. WhatsApp credits

  • Sending a digital bill to a customer on WhatsApp uses one credit. Login and verification codes do not use credits.
  • Plan credits are given for each paid period and do not carry over to the next period. For one-time plans, the credits for all the months are given once, when you pay.
  • Purchased credits do not expire.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded.

5. Payments, invoices and refunds

  • Payments to us are processed by Razorpay (India) or PayPal (international). Their own terms also apply to your payment. We do not store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
  • A plan or credit pack starts only after the payment is confirmed. A GST invoice is available in Billing History.
  • Payments for subscriptions, one-time plans and WhatsApp credits are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where you were charged by mistake (for example, charged twice). Contact us within 7 days of such a charge and we will review it.
  • Money your customers pay you (cash, UPI, card or otherwise) goes directly to you. We do not receive, hold or settle it; the Service only records it for you.

6. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your menu, prices, taxes, GST registration and filings, bills and invoices you issue, and the accuracy of records you enter.
  • You must have your customers’ permission before saving their details, keeping Khata Book records, or sending them bills on WhatsApp, and you must follow the law and WhatsApp’s rules for those messages.
  • The Service is for food businesses only. You must not list or sell tobacco, drugs, alcohol or any product that is illegal where you operate. We may remove such items.
  • You must not misuse the Service: no false or harmful content, spam, attempts to access other businesses’ data, interfering with the Service, copying or reselling it, or using it for anything illegal.

7. Your data

Your business records belong to you. You allow us to store and process them to run the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Keep your own copies of anything important, for example by downloading Account Statements.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors, for example during maintenance, network problems, or problems with services we rely on such as payment providers, WhatsApp, app stores or hosting. Parts of the mobile app work offline and sync when you are back online. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

9. Suspension, closing and deleting an account

  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, misuses the Service, or is used for fraud. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.
  • You can stop using the Service at any time and cancel AutoPay. To delete your account, follow the steps on our delete account page. Deleted data cannot be recovered, and payments already made are not refunded.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India, and we will first try to resolve it with you directly.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Contact us

For questions about these Terms, contact us at info@yessiryesmam.com or support@yessiryesmam.com.
