Do I or my staff need training?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can take an order on Yes Sir Yes Mam. Big photos and buttons do the rest.
Which devices does it work on?
The Android and iPhone apps, plus the web app on any computer or tablet browser - all on the same account.
Can I use my own prices and item names?
Yes. The menu library gives you a head start; your prices, sizes and item names are your own. Missing something? Add a custom item.
Do I need GST registration?
No. GST billing is optional. On Restaurant Pro, vendors without GST can still send a simple bill to customers.
What are WhatsApp bill credits?
Each bill you send to a customer on WhatsApp uses 1 credit. Restaurant Pro includes 50 credits every month, and you can buy more anytime.
