Delete your account
Business owners can request deletion of their Yes Sir Yes Mam vendor account here, or in the mobile app under Account > Delete Account.
What happens
- Verify your registered mobile number with a WhatsApp code and submit your request.
- Our team reviews every request and processes it within 30 days.
- Your account keeps working until then. We confirm on your registered phone number once it is done.
- Your account, staff, menu, orders, customers, Khata Book and other business records are deleted when the request is processed. Some records, such as invoices and records of payments made to us, may be kept where the law requires. See our Privacy Policy.
- Export any Account Statements you need before your account is deleted.
