Billing questions

Do the prices include GST?

No. Prices are shown before 18% GST. Starter is ₹500 + ₹90 GST = ₹590 a month, and Restaurant Pro is ₹1,000 + ₹180 GST = ₹1,180 a month.

How am I billed?

Monthly through UPI AutoPay. You approve the AutoPay once in your UPI app, and each month renews on its own.

Can I move from Starter to Restaurant Pro?

Yes. Upgrade from the Subscription page in the app. Your menu, orders and reports stay as they are.

Is there a setup fee, contract or hardware to buy?

No. You pay the monthly plan price only and use the phones, tablets and computers you already have.

What are WhatsApp credits?

Each bill you send to a customer on WhatsApp uses 1 credit. Restaurant Pro includes 50 credits per billing month, and you can buy credit packs any time.
